Between the holidays and being without CSA, I’ve been a bit adrift in my cooking life. Here are some of the new recipes I’ve tried

Halloween souffles

Note: Made with white pumpkin, need to try with good pumpkin

Mango and coconut rice salad

Rating: 2.5-3.5
Note: disappeared in one gulp

Puy lentil galettes

Rating: 2.5-3.5
Note: The puff pastry was the favorite part for Daughter

Ultimate Winter Couscous

Rating: 2.5-4
Note: for the preserved lemon, I cooked lemon in
salt and oil and then baked it.

Chickpea, tomato and bread soup

Rating: 4
Note: went off without a hitch

All is tasty and I always wish I had doubled the recipe. I’ve now completed 32 recipes from Plenty.
