In the height of the pandemic, we visited daughter in Arizona but had to sit out at her pool 6 feet apart with masks on. This visit was much nicer. We went to a cheese monger for lunch, to The Heard Museum dedicated to the advancement of American Indian art, and to an Italian restaurant for dinner.
The next day we visited Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright’s winter home and had Lebanese food for lunch. It was a short but meaningful time to spend together.
