Note: This takes a long time to make.
I did NOT share this with my kids.


These were time intensive but OMG so good. I’d never worked with puff pastry before and didn’t know it had to be defrosted so I was set back a half hour from completing the tatin. I ended up “massaging” the pastry to warm it up. This is my life.
