Coming home at lunch, I found no leftovers from the previous night’s dinner. Garden burgers are an easy go-to when I’m left with “nothing” to eat but I had eaten one already that week and wasn’t very excited about the prospect of the usual sandwich.
Peering into the refrigerator, I found Mango Dale cheese. I melted a slab on top of the veggie burger and used dijon mustard instead of my catsup/yellow mustard combination. Yumm. It reminded me of what a high-end restaurant would market as a boutique hamburger. It worked for me! Something different in my otherwise routine lunch.
