On my morning walk up the hill, I got a text from a gf on the east coast. We hadn’t chatted in a while so I texted her back while I was walking. I described the ocean channel and islands bathed in the orange light of sunrise.
I noticed that I had to slow down as I texted and that I would be late getting home if I kept it up. I walked quickly when I was waiting for a response text and slowed down when I was typing. I decided this exercise should be called interval texting.
Interval social media isn’t far behind.
