I never envisioned this day and while I was getting ready, I thought “mascara will be fine because I won’t cry.” Ha!
I arrived at soon to be in-law’s house while the brides were getting their hair and make-up done. We had a middle eastern lunch and headed off to to the chapel.
The chapel was in a corner strip mall looking area but it had all businesses needed for a wedding: massage, hair, make up, chapel. The chapel had a cute dressing room and the main room was beautifully decorated with flowers and pink lighting.
I was honored to walk daughter down the aisle and was moved by the ceremony. It was wonderful to see her so happy and enjoying the experience.
After the wedding, they went off for professional pix at the museum and gardens. We met for dinner and had a lovely time celebrating together.
