56. Photograph: Write a story or journal entry influenced by a photograph you see online or in a magazine.
At “The 100 best photographs ever taken without Photoshop” page, I see many photo genres that have influenced me. I love the animal photos that are well timed, the nature photos that show a vast difference from one side to the other, and the optical illusions. The photo of the lone tree in Namibia is exciting because I’m going there in a few months to see it!
The photo of the Bagan temples rising out of the fog is poignant to me because it’s something I’ve already seen in real life. Christmas morning 2017 at sunrise, we traveled to the UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Mandalay Region of Myanmar to watch the sun bathe the temples in its light. Hot air balloons dotted the sky to give a magical feeling.
