350. Teamwork: Write about working with a team towards a common goal.
I never played traditional team sports so the only team work I ever did was school and work related. In school, when we would be put into groups for a project, I would groan in despair because I knew the burden of tasks would fall on me if I wanted a good grade. I never could rely on others to accomplish their tasks and I didn’t want their failings to rub off on me and I didn’t want their lack of planning to cause an emergency situation for me. I think there has to be an actual common goal for there to be equitable teamwork.
