340. Unfinished: Write about a project you started but never completed.
When I am out of the country, I fixate on all the stuff I need to get rid of in the basement. I have boxes of childhood, young adult, and my children’s things that need to be opened and handled. My goal is that when I die, my kids don’t have to decide what to do with my stuff. When I’m in the country, at home, I can barely go into the basement and when I do, I’m so overwhelmed by the stacks of things that after I stare at the room for several minutes with some hyperventilating, I turn off the light and leave without doing anything.
