321. Wait Your Turn: Write about having to wait in line.
Around 2010, my kids wore hats: fedora, cowboy, beret, boater, panama. They wore hats to school, to music, lessons, to scouts, everywhere. At Epcot Center when all four of us were wearing hats, we were going to go on one more ride since it was late and we were tired. We were nowhere near the front of the line but a ride worker approached us and asked if we wanted to follow her so we could ride immediately. OMG! Why did she pick us to jump the line? Because she said that we were a “family of hats.” This was so random and fun.
