Our tenant of 7.5 years gave us notice last Thursday so I’m fixated on renting it out again. The last time we rented the apartment, I posted the listing on nextdoor.com but I was informed that rental listings were discouraged and should try zillow instead. Although filling out the information for the property was time consuming, I think it was the best choice. Our departing tenant took new photos so I uploaded those plus the floor plan yesterday and have already had four inquiries and one tour within 24 hours. It feels weird to be renting out the space again.
