255. Dance: Write about a dancer or a time you remember dancing.
Tiktok started as an app that featured dance challenges so when I joined in 2020 (thank you pandemic) I saw people shuffling up and down stairs, friends dancing to Renegade and WAP, watching individuals dance to new songs that were amazing but I had never heard. I wasn’t in a dance mind-set during 2020 so I just watched from my pillow nest I created for my pandemic depression. With the Barbie movie, there was an explosion of dancing from the movie’s dance scene featuring the music of Dua Lipa. I love the song, the dancers who dress up for the video, and the positive energy I get from watching it. I’m inspired to learn the dance, have found “how to” videos, and even have two friends willing to learn it and film with me. Now I just have to get off my ass and learn the dance!
