250. Should, Would, And Could: Write a poem or story using the words should, would, and could.
What should I do today? If DH2 didn’t have covid, we would have gone for sunrise, five-mile hike and could have burned many calories after 2 weeks eating cheese in Switzerland. Instead, I was up at 4am, made bacon and eggs, watered the plants, trimmed enough green waste to fill up the trash can, vacuumed the downstairs, started the dishwasher, went on an hour walk, and made lunch. I get to work a little bit now and am considering “retiring” from a long-time client. Since I’ll be traveling, it doesn’t seem fair for clients to need tasks complete but I’m in a significantly different time zone. I’ll ponder this.
