204. Strength: Think of a time when you’ve been physically or emotionally strong and use that as inspiration.
In my late 30s to early 40s, I got involved in training for triathlons. There would be an early Saturday morning meeting and workout that left me tired and hungry. I would return home in the late morning to take care of kids, go grocery shopping, prepare food, pay bills, do laundry, and then spend a few hours in the yard doing weeding, trimming, and watering. At the end of the day I was exhausted but I remain amazed by how much energy I could expend in a day and how much I could push my body in all manners. I’m exhausted now just thinking about it.
