167. Give and Receive: Write about giving and receiving.
Sadly I am not a good gift giver; I never know what to get someone. After my kids became teenagers, I was at a loss as to what to buy for them and resorted to asking them what they needed or what they would like to get. I know there’s no surprise then, but I feel like I’m getting them something they do want. Am I deluding myself? I have a Trello board with everyone’s name on it and as I move through the year and I see something that someone might like, I add it to their Trello card. Then when it’s time to buy a gift, I hope I added something to their list!
