101. Recycle: Take something you’ve written in the past and rewrite it into a completely different piece.
The first time I wrote about this was in 2012 when I found the illustration on gocomics.com but sadly it is no longer available there nor could I find it on Snider’s own site. Eight years before Covid, viral-ness was already being meme-ified. I am surprised that I never saw this during the pandemic since it is a good representation of going viral and there were all variations of illustrating viruses back then. I much prefer the kitty or dance craze viral content to that corona virus that literally was viral. Quarantine really was the best option for covid. I fantasize that if we had in fact all quarantined and had strict entry requirement to the country, we might have been able to quash the pandemic faster than we did. Glad life is back to “normal.”
