Barley and roasted pepper salad

I made it with Barley instead.

Zucchini and hazelnut salad

Note: Didn’t have a ridged griddle pan
to make cool grill marks on the zucchini


The first time I made the Barley and roasted pepper salad, I forgot the feta cheese. The smoked paprika really stood out in that version. I made it the next week and although it was still very tasty, the paprika wasn’t as pronounced.

I made a mistake with the zucchini and hazelnut salad. I should have let it cool down as the recipe instructed before adding the cheese. Instead, I put the Parmesan in while the dish was still warm. I think the presentation would have been better.
